Hello Loves, 

Today is one of my favourite topics. Communication within relationships, of all sorts. 

I believe this is the missing link in so many relationships. Regardless if it be romantic or platonic. If we cannot communicate open and freely we are leaving a lot on the table. From laying low in silence out of fear or being open and freely who we are. 

So often we want to believe people can read our minds. But if we spoke with vulnerability then I believe we could move mountains within ourselves and our relationships.
