In this episode of College Voices, Anusha and Glynn sit down with several members of the Penn community to talk about mentorship. Hear from Amanda St. Paul, Associate Director of First Exposure to Research in Biological Sciences (FERBS); Kaitlin Irvine, Assistant Director of Advising Services & Academic Support, and Michele Margolis Associate Professor of Political Science to hear their perspectives on the importance of mentorship, and advice on what to look for in a mentor and where to search for one. In addition to these interviews, also hear from several students in the College about how they found their mentors and the benefits of forming these relationships.
