The concept of "Are You My Neighbor" starts off in the book of Luke chapter 10: 25-37, where we have a man beaten and bruised who ended up being cared for by someone whom his people viewed as the enemy. Often times we turn a blind eye and keep moving past those who are suffering because of their looks, convenience for us, or our own feelings to them if we know who they are personally.
