1.) Limit how much you watch the news or your exposure to triggering information

2.) Try to focus on the things that you CAN control and not all the things that you have no control over.

3.) Prioritize your well being both physically and emotionally/mentally 

4) Stay connected with your friends and family, or see a therapist, even in times when you feel like crawling under your covers and being alone

5) Make sure you SLEEP

In seasons of high anxiety, remember the tips and tricks that help you and implement them because the more you practice, the more they will become first nature!
