Eden started a diet because apparently I've been calling her "fat" my whole life. I had to say sorry live on the podcast and it felt weirdly cute. We talked about diets and why we need diets in our lives. Then we went on to talk about what a mental diet is and how our brain actually works just like our stomach. At the end we challenged each other to meditate everyday for the next week. Let's see how that goes.
