In this  episode I reference a video by Seth Godin entitled Stop Stealing Their Dream (What is school for?) where I introduce the concept that we should be preparing our boy’s for a future that requires creative thinking rather than compliant rule following.

Manifesto

This is the first idea that I want to share with parents, or mentors who are interested in preparing their boys to compete in the future market place, to be good husbands, and to be good fathers. I think these will challenge readers to think about how they approach preparing their boys in new and challenging ways.
