Welcome back to another special episode of the Madam Athlete podcast! On the second Tuesday of the month, I take a deep dive into a career-related topic, and on today’s episode I’m asking you if you're ready for change and sharing a specific framework to help you tease out where you might be getting stuck moving forward in whatever new direction you're aiming for.
Here's the thing...
Your brain doesn't actually like change.
It wants to feel pleasure, avoid pain, and keep things easy (like stuff it already knows how to do).
So change is hard!
I'm talking about Dilts' Logical Levels of Change in today's episode which is a framework for personal development (and change), that can help you identify where you need to make in order to have the biggest impact on getting after your new goal.
