When I heard this question on Instagram from one of my podcast guests it really opened my eyes wide. If you would have asked me five, heck, even 2 years ago… I would feel so uncomfortable and heavy by thinking what is the “right” answer. What happens is that so often we live like we will live forever. And although I do believe that we are infinite energies, I also know, that right here, right now in this physical world we got one life to live.

One life that too often we live for others. For our family, for our partners, work…. We take care of everyone else and wait till the next time to slow down and ask ourselves:How do I want to live?I want you to ask yourself, today with all honesty, compassion and non-judgement….If I die today, would I be happy, would I be fulfilled, did I matter?I asked myself when I was in the plane flying back from Bali, and the answer brought tears in my eyes. That moment I realized that if I die at that moment I would die happy. Happy because I loved, I lived, and I changed people’s lives for the better, I left behind movement and legacy of women who know that are meant for more and are living their truth unapologetically.
