It is rarely the experience itself that causes us pain, but usually the story we’ve constructed about the series of events. 


When we’re able to distinguish that there is a difference, we’re able to acknowledge what is true versus what we’re just telling ourselves (illusion). 


Then the work/fun begins, we get to re-shape the story into whatever we choose. Not always easy, but damn powerful.


Kyle has over 10 years experience as a first responder and has learned the ways of perspective shifting, so if there’s ever going to be someone who knows this power, it’s him.
