Notice when Jesus says “depart from me I never knew you (Matthew 7:21-23)” and the “separation of the sheep and goats” (Matthew 25:31-46) HE CONSISTENTLY REFERS TO PEOPLE WHO CALL HIM LORD! That’s because just because you call Jesus "Lord" does NOT mean you are saved! Look at the verses, it always is accompanied by a VERB! There is action behind Jesus being lord! That is how everyone can & will openly declare that Jesus is Lord BUT not everyone will be saved. SIMPLY SAYING JESUS IS LORD DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY SAVED! SAYING JESUS IS LORD DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL BE SAVED ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT.

“Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Phillipians 2:9-11 It says everyone will say Lord Lord! But not everyone will be saved, it’s clear because this verse includes things “under the earth”. Demons can't be saved. How is this possible? They’re saying “Jesus is lord” aren’t they? Doesn’t declaring Jesus is Lord mean that you are saved? NO.
