Are you really working or are you doing a series of 'busy' work?  Is the 'job' getting done.  Do you even know what the real 'job' is?  Many entrepreneurs with a specific skillset who are just entering 'business' for themselves get stuck in the 'fulfillment' phase and 'prework' phase and forget that they have a 'SALES PHASE'. and a 'MARKETING' phase.  If you are not attracting business to you and closing sales, you can spend all day shuffling papers around but never earning the money you deserve.
