In a previous episode, I spoke about how having motivation is not enough. It requires discipline and determination to change behaviors that we have grown to accept as our norms. But I will be the first to say even with the best discipline and determination, there are some behaviors I find hard to change. There are times I revert to old habits not intentionally but because they are part of my norm. I have to force myself not to do them! And even then I self-sabotage. It's so frustrating.
