Every conversation you have at work is an attempt for someone to sell you on something. They may be trying to sell you on doing their work, or maybe their serving up microagressions that sell you on the idea that you're different and that's a problem. No matter what it is that their selling my question for you (Black Women) is what are you selling them or are you being sold?

This week, we discuss the role Black Women have played in respect to selling in the workplace, why we've been at a disadvantage, but also why it comes easiest to Black Women.
