Welcome back to the Smash system podcast. I’m your host, Nino Prodan. Today, I want to ask you, are you showing up in your own life? Are you there for the people that are important in your life? When you say you’re going to do something, do you do it? When you tell yourself, when you make promises to yourself? Do you follow through? I used to think to myself about all the dreams that I had all the things that I want to accomplish all the things that I wanted to have all the world that I wanted to see. And for nearly 20 years, I did none of it. I would say I was going to do this and then I wouldn’t. I would try to do something. But I wouldn’t put my whole heart in it. I was pretending to do things. I wasn’t actually doing them. I didn’t think there will be a final result. I didn’t see the task as accomplished. I saw it as a work in progress. When you do things do you do them for how people will You or do you do them because you love them? Do you do it for their benefit? Or do you do it for your benefit? How are you showing up in your life? When you think about the dreams that you have? Do you actually think they’ll be reality? Or is it just something to think about and say, Yeah, I wish I could have that. Are you willing to put in the work? Are you willing to put in the sacrifice? Are you willing to create the courage to engage the fear that’s holding you back? Are you showing up just part of the time when it suits you when it’s easy? When you know what to do? A few minutes a day. I noticed that when I started showing up in my life when I made it intentional, my actions, intentional, my emotions, intentional. And I took ownership of everything I did and felt that things started happening in my life. I started moving towards the things that I wanted. I started doing the things that I wanted. I became better my relationship. became better. And I started taking care of myself, I was able to take care of other people. And it wasn’t just for a few minutes a day, it was as much of the day as I could do. And the reason I don’t say it was all day every day, is because sometimes it’s unsustainable. When you’re building it up, when you’re starting off, it’s difficult to show up all the time. But as you practice as you grow the muscle to show up gets easier and you get to show up more, become intentional with your whole day. That’s your goal. But when you falter on achieving that goal, don’t stop. Don’t hold yourself back. Keep trying, keep pushing, keep growing. get bigger, get better, you won’t be perfect. No one is not all the time. But you’ll grow. you’ll improve. You show up more and more. Don’t compare yourself to others. compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Look at how you’ve grown and how you continue to grow. Focus on who you are and who you will be. And don’t worry about everyone else. Let them take care of themselves. You show up in your life and you make your dreams happen. This is Nino Prodan, and I’ll talk to you tomorrow.
