Are YOU Stuck?!

Here is Why You’re Not Creating the life you truly want to live

You Are Stuck?

You are not lazy. Not confused. Not lost. Not unmotivated
Just STUCK — as in:
 - You want to do better.
- You know what to do to be better.
- But somehow… you can’t do it.

Welcome to "The Cure For The Common Struggle" podcast!

Hello my name is Mark Dulaney and I want to introduce you to the concept of being “STUCK” in one or more areas of life.  Then I want to emphasize the importance of recognizing that YOU and I are often our biggest obstacle to our own success.

In this first episode I share my personal journey and how I overcame prostate cancer and the impact of cancer treatment.  Now I am using that experience and my life’s restart to help others get “Unstuck” so that together we can all create the lives we truly want to live!

I am going to share with you and help you form five types of habits necessary for success and provide practical steps to start making positive changes in your life.

In this episode I am asking you to let me be your guide from being “Stuck” and frustrated to taking those first steps to creating the life of your dreams!

This episode introduces the core frameworks of the podcast:

  • Why getting “unstuck” starts with taking that first step, then the next step and so on until . . .

  • To help you become Version 3.0 of yourself or the person who can win "Your Personal Championships" and create the life you want to live

  • While every million dollar per month income earner wants to teach you how they did it, I invite you back here every week to help you do what you learned from them.

I am not here to sell easy answers.  I'm here to challenge you, push you forward, and to help you get honest about the real causes of the struggles you keep repeating.

🔥 This is more than self-help — this is a wake-up call to become your Version 3.0 Self.
