Prompt 1: Where Are You Blocking? Think about something you've been trying to manifest. Be honest — is there a part of you that doesn't fully believe you deserve it or that it's actually possible for you? Write it out. Name the block.

Prompt 2: Frequency Check Your Circle Look at the five people you spend the most time with. Are they operating at the frequency of the life you want — or are they anchoring you to the life you're trying to leave? What's one boundary or shift you could make this week?

Prompt 3: What Would Receiving Look Like? If what you've been manifesting showed up tomorrow — would you actually be ready to receive it? What would need to be true about how you see yourself for you to say yes without hesitation?
