'Certainty' is the focus of today's episode. Where in your life are you so-o-o certain, that it's keeping you stuck? Stuck in your ways, your beliefs, your opinions, your stories. Not willing to consider other perspectives ...or the possibility of changing your story.

Where are you limiting yourself because of what you "know for sure"? How is your identity wrapped up in certainty? So many questions!!

On the other hand there's uncertainty, or doubt. Uncertainty is uncomfortable, so it's understandable why we resist questioning the things we think we know. But, it does open up a whole new world of curiosity and possibility!
