Even as a grown up you still have an inner child.  The part of your subconscious where you store memories and beliefs from childhood, but also where you may carry wounds or trauma from your early experiences.  As adults we need to acknowledge our inner child and explore ways to reparent ourselves.

Part of this process is called 'deconditioning' in Human Design. It's the practice of unlearning beliefs you've inherited, in order to start learning the truth of who you are. Let's get started!!
