If it wasn't for the people in my life that I could call on for help in my darkest hour, I would literally be dead. So heed my words today; ask for help when you need it. There are people out there who love you.

I believe that sharing my life story with the world, and the lessons I have learned from these experiences, can help someone out there. That's why I do what I do.
