There is rarely a day when we don't happen to witness abuse of another person, usually verbal berating of a perceived subservient.  

Is there a way to correct this douchey behaviour for the good of the community? Assuming most douches don't realize how dick-like they are acting perhaps 

there needn't be a punishment so much as a penalty.

In this episode we come up with a clear and just system that would do just that.

You know, sometimes all ones needs is to break the silence and say 'Hey , not cool. that _____ was pretty douchey'
