Are You Willing To Change Your Exercise Habits? [Podcast #075]

What's it gonna take? If you're serious about achieving permanent weight loss you're gonna have to change your exercise habits. Yep! This is true. You see, you're just not going to get the body of your dreams by continuing to live an unhealthy lifestyle. Additionally, you're not going to get your ideal body as long as the root of your binge eating, emotional eating, and/or food addiction remains unhealed. Therefore this week's one thought shift for weight loss gives you the opportunity to ask yourself are you willing to change your exercise habits. Either you are or you're not! And then you get to own your results.

It's easy to avoid asking yourself these questions while you keep telling yourself you want to lose weight... but you keep doing what you've always done. The unhealthy stuff you've always done. Hey, I've been there too, and I wasted a ton of time, holding myself in the struggle! The good news is that once you get a weight loss mindset, it's just not a big deal to live a healthy lifestyle. BUT you must have a weight loss mindset in order for it to be struggle-free to live healthy and fit.
