"Said the man
Who feel he's a fool
For He be the Wiseman."
Wiseman -Slightly Stoopid
Cy and Riley pull a lesson from the good book and discuss how even though wisdom is to be desired, all of us must deal with pride and avoid becoming "wise in our own eyes." By thinking that there is nothing more we need to learn, and that we are all knowing, we stop growing and learning. They share their struggles with being prideful, self righteous and foolish, in their lives, as well as how they they've strived to stay clean of that attitude by being real with themselves, as well as with others, and how following the Lord, His wisdom, and staying humble in that pursuit will speak more to others than any foolish tongue could.
Intro Reading: Hebrews 12:6 ESV
Scripture Resources on Wisdom, and receiving correction:
Isaiah 5:21/Proverbs 3:7/Proverbs 3:12/Proverbs 15:32/Ecclesiastes 8:1
