Meaning do you have a Will? Do you have a POA ( power of attorney)?  I’m going to get it done and so should you. Surrogate and her late husband didn’t have one and here we are today. They have nothing but each other and no means of financial support and that includes family. It’s a sad state of affairs and I’m doing all I can for them. Get your stuff in order….please.
