Annchen has a background in analytics and works as a research scientist at Duke University. She loves putting her analytical skills to work in real estate investing and has acquired a variety of buy-and-hold single-family investments individually and with partners (including her parents!), as well as partnered in two multifamily syndications. To boost cash flow, she is currently focused on acquiring short-term rentals.
