Barry is insightful, sage, and perceptive and came to executive coaching after a career in Management Consulting including work for the Naisbitt Group – authors of Megatrends and Reinventing the Corporation. He also served early in his career as an executive coach with Marshall Goldsmith Partners (2006-2009). Barry is a former Vice-Chair of the ICF Global Ethics and Standards Committee.
