Today, Katherine is an executive coach and TEC-Canada Chair (for 7+ years) working with small to medium-size businesses. Katherine is a professional engineer (P.Eng.) who came to coaching from her business experience formed first as an executive in a biomedical device manufacturing career. Katherine is also a board member of several companies and has experienced business issues from many viewpoints and positions. We explore how she has adapted her coaching practice to meet coaching client needs in a Covid operating environment.
