This past weekend was the Arete Syndicate Live event in St Louis. It featured keynote talks by some of the biggest names in the space of personal and professional development.

Featuring talks by Ed Mylett, Andy Frisella, and David Goggins...It as a weekend full of inspiration, motivation, and tactical insights to take back and implement into life.

In this episode, I share my key takeaways from each speaker along with my perspectives on the topics that they shared. They really covered such a wide range of topics but ultimately it was about how we can come together, empower ourselves and one another, and make a positive impact that the world so desperately needs right now.

Part of the event was personal development and mindset while another portion got into the depths of business development of entrepreneurship. The common thread throughout was the desire and commitment to doing things ethically, with passion, with excellence, and to the highest degree possible.
