Puente Las Once Bocas

There aren't a lot of back and forth in small groups, who are always looking forward to just having a good time and if it's on a bike, even better.

     Según lo comentado por Alejandro, él venía de chico con su padre a pescar por estas zonas y este recorrido le llenaba de nostalgia. Alejandro me contaba que este puente simplemente une dos localidades y fue construido de esa manera (once bocas) para que las aguas que bajaban con mucha fuerza, no inundaran los campos de la zona. De esta manera este puente hacía o hace de contención en épocas de muchas lluvias. Tiene sentido e igualmente, son solo manifestaciones de Alejandro.

! [English] According to Alejandro's comments, he used to come with his father when he was a boy to fish in these areas and this route filled him with nostalgia. Alejandro told me that this bridge simply joins two localities and was built in this way (eleven mouths) so that the waters that came down with great force would not flood the fields in the area. In this way this bridge was or is used as a containment in times of heavy rains. It makes sense and equally, they are only Alejandro's manifestations.

     Pese a las épocas de frío por estas tierras, nada nos detiene. Seguimos entrenando como regla #1 e intentando pasarla bien como regla #2. Estos espacios, que son en algún punto turístico (los visitan pescadores y ciclistas), son motivos suficientes para cambiar de escenarios en cada salida y disfrutar de conocer nuevos lugares y nuevos paisajes.

! [English]Despite the cold weather in these lands, nothing stops us. We keep training as rule #1 and trying to have a good time as rule #2. These areas, which are at some point touristy (fishermen and cyclists visit them), are reason enough to change scenery on each outing and enjoy getting to know new places and new landscapes.

     Por supuesto, compartir unos mates amargos con algunas galletitas, hicieron que el día y la travesía tenga otro color. Porque normalmente llegamos a pueblos, ciudades, donde podemos proveernos de algo para compartir, pero en este caso era un lugar inhóspito y nada había para comprar. Toco llevar el mate en las mochilas...

    No había mucha agua y eso hacía que me preguntará, si se justificaba tamaña inversión en un puente de tanta magnitud. Pero evidentemente en épocas de mucha agua e inundaciones, la cosa se pone más difícil. En estos momentos, parecía innecesario tamaña construcción.
