The Scourge befriend a young Red Guard soldier, Brad, who is able to navigate the tense situation and escort them through the spire security and to the blacksmith shop. The purple orc proprietor of the Ember Forge, Flemin, proves himself to be both skilled in blacksmithing and business sense as he contracts with the Scourge to sponsor them in the Arena. Ranthor, once again, avails himself at the Velvet Veil brothel while encouraging his party to join him. Shenanigans ensue!
