Arianne Craig Jolla is a former public school teacher who left the system after realizing she was in an environment that was not putting the needs of children first. Jolla took matters into her own hands. She founded HYPE Academy (Helping Young People Excel) with the goal of educating kids who might otherwise fall through the cracks of a large school system.

Jolla is also author of "Teach Your OWN Kid: Schools Can't Do It Alone".
