On this episode of Just In Stride I moved through the journey of elite distance runner and now triathlete, Arianne Raby.
Arianne was born to run. She ran in soccer, then in school and even earned a scholarship to continue running.
We spoke about the success she had once she finished school, battling through a knee injury and even how she balances training being a new mom. But what was even more interesting was how triathlon has brought out the excitement for endurance sports in Arianne again, something she had lost after a lifetime of running.
