This solar eclipse occurs at 9 degrees of Aries. Yes we are moving forward, yes we are inviting, initiating, and investing in new beginnings. But realistically, you can only bring in as much as you made room for. Those new beginnings will only be as strong as the cycle endings we committed to over the last three months. 

9 is a number of completion. It’s as far as you can go until the cycle repeats. 

2025 is also a 9 year of completion, and it’s no coincidence that all this number 9 synchronicity occurs as we saw through the final degree of the zodiac at 29 Pisces with this ongoing stellium of planets in Pisces. 

At the time of today's eclipse, Mercury is at 0 degrees Aries, the first degree point of the zodiac. Currently, this Mercury is retrograde and follows close behind retrograde Venus. As both backtrack together over the now-infamous very very last and very very first degrees points of the zodiac (29 Pisces and 0 Aries), we’re gifted the expanded perspective to witness ourselves more fully, like a bright and fleeting portal of sunshine in the grayed-out winds of a rainy day. 

March has been full of these instances; glimpses of seeing with outside eyes or hearing with outside ears things we say and do that feel forced and false in order to satisfy a certain story or status quo — one that, if you’re honest with yourself, you’re kind of sick and tired of! So why keep speaking it into existence? Why keep using those same words and casting that old spell over yourself? Why keep jumping on the same unfavorable carousel ride? Why keep compromising for some foreign, made up terms? If there is anything you feel like you do not have permission to do, that’s your biggest clue.
