Today's episode is featuring a Non-Profit in Calgary: Arise and Shine.  Co- Founders  Alison McKenny and Reynaldo Glombowski both dealt with bouts of depression in their past and have started an organization helping others dealing with depression, anxiety and other mental health crises while building community.
 
They are dedicated to nurturing and improving mental health by creating a fun, active, positive, supportive, and safe community for everyone. They organize a variety of events each week in-person and online in addition to spreading a positive message about mental health on various social media platforms. They are passionate about making a difference in the mental health of the community and invite everyone to come and join us at an upcoming event!
