Welcome to the ArizonaVarsity.com 2A and 3A Championship Preview Podcast! Ralph Amsden talks with coaches, players and members of the media to get to the bottom of these two great matchups taking place at Campo Verde High on Saturday, December 2nd.

In 2A, #3 Thatcher and #4 Santa Cruz Valley face off in a rematch of the thrilling 2016 semifinals. Head Coach Sean Hinton joins the podcast, as well as Q Tyler Roebuck, and TE/RB.DE Shane Cooke. For Santa Cruz, Head Coach Rishard Davis is joined by two-way standouts Alec Wyble-Meza, and Raoul Perales.

To give some perspective on the 2A championship, I'm joined by KATO sports director Lee Patterson.

In 3A, undefeated #1 Pusch Ridge takes on undefeated #3 Casteel. Pusch Ridge declined requests for any coach or player to take part in the preview show, so ArizonaVarsity.com's Chuck Constantino checks in to talk about what he sees in this 2017 championship contender. For Casteel, Head Coach Spencer Stowers is joined by QB Gunner Cruz and DB Cameron Brown.

We close out show with C-Town Rivals Podcast host Brett Quintyne to discuss the rapid ascension of the Casteel Colts, and get his impression of how those two teams will match up.
