In Arkadelphia, there’s a ghost story that refuses to stay the same and this could be because the legend is tied not to one, but to two prestigious Universities who call Arkadelphia Arkansas, home. 

They call her The Lady in Black. Some say her name was Jane. Others say Nell Page. Some stories involve a broken heart, others a World War II tragedy, and some say she plunged down an elevator shaft at Cone-Bottoms Hall.

And then there’s the version that says… maybe the whole thing started as a prank. 👀

But if that’s true, why has the story survived for generations?
