"I've recently moved from my home town of Addis Abeba to Berlin and I have experienced a world of change in this transition. The move to the capital of electronic music has shed light on a whole new array of sounds and has expanded my sonic palette. I hope to share some of that journey in this mix with you. A foundational pillar in the maturing Ethiopian electronic scene, ARMAGHEDION has quickly established himself as one the region's top talents. Taking inspiration from a wide range of influences, his sound is firmly rooted in the space between music from the global south and forward thinking electronica. ARMAGHEDION seeks to decolonize dance music and showcase the sounds and musical cultures of lesser represented parts of the world. He now resides in Berlin seeking to expand his knowledge and spread his message of love and unity.
