Today on the podcast we have Tayla Lowther. Tayla is currently a Business Development Manager for Footsteps Dance Academy and an ex pre-professional ballet dancer.

She looks like your average tall, brown hair, brown eyed girl in her 20’s but has lived and breathed the life of a ballerina. (which she states may be most little girls dream).

She has a passion for all things health and fitness, is a qualified sports/ remedial therapist which she does on the side along with modelling. Most of this comes from growing up with the aspiration to become a professional dancer - of which there are highs and lows - and that's what we will talk about today!
