Armed militia members say they're patrolling neighborhoods in the name of "keeping the peace." They're participating in protests that sometimes get heated. Some were caught on video in Cottonwood Heights parked in a middle school parking lot. Do armed men outfitted with military-style guns and vests make you feel safe?
