In today's episode I have narrated a story of Armstrong Pame, who is an IAS officer and belongs to Zeme tribe . It's a story about the hardships he faced in his life and then since childhood he dreamt of becoming an IAS officer. His village did not have a proper connectivity through roads and unfortunately government was not helping them build it. So he decided to build this 100 km road connecting Manipur, Nagaland & Assam without any government money.
