My guest today is Army SFC Jesse Horwath. Jesse grew up in Litchfield, MN and graduated high school in 1995. He attended St. Cloud State University for a year before returning to a construction career for the next 10 years. In 2008, he joined the Army at 31 years old. His MOS was 25R Visual Information Equipment Operator/Maintainer. He went to basic at Ft. Jackson, SC, then went to AIT at Ft. Meade, MD. His first assignment was to Ft. Bragg, NC with the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne), 3rd BN HSC, EMS section. Jesse deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan before being assigned to Ft. Shafter, HI. He exited active duty in 2021 and joined the Colorado National Guard where he currently serves in the Joint Force Headquarters.
