In tonight's episode I speak with a good friend, fellow advocate here in Texas, and Army Veteran, Robert Head. Robert served as an infantryman in the US Army for 5 1/2 years. Half of that time was spent in Iraq on the front lines.
Following the military Robert attended Texas A & M University where he majored in Sociology in 2010. He was awarded Father of the Year in 2018 by the local YMCA and the Texas NORML Veteran Activist of the Year in 2019. Robert was awarded the Combat Infantryman's Badge, four Army Achievement Medals and two Army Commendation medals. But, most recently he has been concentrating on an upcoming event here in DFW for Veterans in conjunction with WeedMaps to benefit The Americans for Safe Access.
