Autumn Farms and Gardens Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3 non profit public charity organized for the purpose of educating the public about the benefits of hobby farms on mental health and overall well being.

We offer farm animal experiences, garden projects, meditation, breathwork, yoga, farm fitness programs, as well as arts and crafts as a therapeutic way to improve overall mental health.
