Publisher's Summary:
Millions of men are in the outlying regions, far off from God and peace; for these we pray, and to these we give warning. But just now we have to do with a smaller company, who are not far from the kingdom, but have come right up to the wicket gate which stands at the head of the way of life. One would think that they would hasten to enter, for a free and open invitation is placed over the entrance, the porter waits to welcome them, and there is but this one way to eternal life. He that is most loaded seems the most likely to pass in and begin the heavenward journey; but what ails the other men? This is what I want to find out. Poor fellows! they have come a long way already to get where they are; and the Kings highway, which they seek, is right before them: why do they not take to the Pilgrim Road at once?

Terrible. So many typos, it's not even readable.
Though it says nothing about this in the description, this book was not written by a human. It was scanned and reproduced by a computer (Apparently to save on costs, humans were removed from every aspect of this books creation). There are literally typos on every page and in many places there are entire paragraphs and pages that are completely unreadable, because there are so many typos its nonsense. (It's not just a misspelled word here and there, its entire paragraphs full of gibberish.) I really wanted to read this book and I thought the price was great, but this is not a book, this is a production experiment gone awry. Do not buy this book, unless you just want to read the title, because that's about the only thing that is legible.
Wonderfully Simple and Remarkably Deep
This book speaks very plainly for one that contains such an unfamiliar word in the title. The Wicket Gate is a reference to John Bunyan's book Pilgrim's Progress. The Wicket Gate is the narrow gate. This book deals with questions that come up at the narrow gate, as people struggle with the question of whether or not to take the narrow gate. Do you have doubts or objections about Christ and what it means to place your faith in him? This simple book might be a great help to you.
Five Stars
