The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will hold it's annual "Out of the Darkness Walk" both in Roanoke and Lynchburg on October 5, 2019. We talk about that fundraiser, as well as other events tied to mental health awareness, suicide prevention and support available for those thinking of taking their own lives, as well as family members of those who have lost someone to suicide.
