A 22-year-old man in Indiana is still dealing with the fallout from an online hookup from years ago. He had sex with a girl who claimed to be 17 but was actually 14. He was sentenced to an exorbitant 25 years on the sex offender registry list even though both the girl and her mother asked for the case to be thrown out. Attorney Scott Grabel has the full story as well as the latest update: The young man was recently re-arrested for simply eating dinner with his brother and his brother’s friend, who turned out to be 17 instead of 19.
