Isaiah gives beautiful descriptions of the one whom God will send to bring "the light into the darkness." This One, whom the Jews called Messiah, would be from the line of David and would become the good and perfect King that God had promised for His people. With His authority, this Forever King would establish a kingdom–a new reality–that would never end. This King is the ultimate hope for anyone living in darkness.
