Know your schedule. Know what you need and when you need it, and just do it!

If you let the chaos of life cloud over and control your schedule, you will never know what’s going on. It is impossible to be prepared when you don’t have a plan of action for your day, much less your week, but you can change this! Plan down to the T everything that you have for the week ahead. Study it and know it. Add in extra sleep after a long night. Add in the trip to the grocery store for milk. Know it, live it, and love every second of it!
