Mark Robertson, 24, killed a father-of-two with a hunting knife at a house party. He was convicted of murder and sentenced to life with a minimum of 21 years. The judge called him "arrogant, confrontational and terrifying" and advised the prison authorities to carry out a mental health assessment. Even after his arrest, Robertson threatened a witness and told her to change her statement or "she would get hurt." He showed no remorse—even as the reality of life in prison sank in.
