Mark Robertson, 24, killed a father-of-two with a hunting knife at a house party. He was convicted of murder and sentenced to life with a minimum of 21 years. The judge called him "arrogant, confrontational and terrifying" and advised the prison authorities to carry out a mental health assessment.
