We had Clinical Social Worker / Therapist and host of the Arron Talks podcast, Arron Muller, on the show to discuss mental health and self-care. We touched base on overall mental health and how to approach taking care of overall mental wellbeing. In addition to talking about the importance of mental health, we discussed Arron’s beginning and what led him to become a therapist and his role in ushering in a new generation of Black therapists.
