Patrick Custo-Blanch is a multi-hyphenate creative based in Montreal. He studied photography, and 3D graphic design and has a strong drive for entrepreneurial endeavours. He chatted with us about his love of Montreal, and what he enjoys most about working in creative capacity. The conversation did take a more personal note, chatting about dating and his love life, and the importance of open communication.  Patrick also talked about his personal experience with mental health, and more specifically, dealing with Bipolar Disorder.  We touched on the importance of finding the right therapist, and how meditation and breathing techniques have helped him in his mental health journey.
